Terms The smallest office studios are available on a short term all inclusive licences basis (exc.business rates) designed to allow business growth and expansion into larger suites as accommodation requirements change. From 500 sq. ft. upwards a longer term conventional lease basis is offered. An annual contribution towards the costs and expenses of running the shared facilities provided to the building is a standard provision of this lease arrangement.
